Platinum Curved Stairlift fault code meanings.
| No Display | No power to platinum stairlift. Please ensure the power button for the curved platinum stairlift is switched on. |

| Battery Isolated | Your Platinum curved stairlift is currently switched off, Please switch the power button to ON. |
| Platinum | Normal. The stairlift is charging. |
| Safety Circuit | This is a stairlift final limit fault. 1 Check the lift is placed correctly on a charging point. 2 Check the seat is in its operating position and not swiveled. |
| Low Battery | The stairlift batteries need charging. Check the charger is plugged in and turned on, check the stair lift is currently on a charge point. |
| Off Charge | The stairlift is not on a charging point. |
| End Stop | The stairlifts end stop has been activated. Please ensure their are no obstructions on the stairs. |
| Safety Edge | The stair lifts safety edge has been activated, please check for obstructions on skates, foot plate and drive unit. |
| Move right | Your platinum stairlift is moving left or right. |
| Move left | Your platinum stairlift is moving left or right. |
| Seat Swivel | The swivel seat on the platinum curved or straight stairlift has been activated. |
| Lost Position | The stairlift has lost its datum position, please move the stair lift to the bottom of the rail. |
| Thermal Cut Out | The motor or drive unit is running too hot. please ensure user weight limit has not been exceeded. Please allow lift to cool down. |
| Call Conflict | A conflict in call command has been detected. please ensure remote buttons nd toggle control are not sticking. |
| Release Joystick | The user needs to release joy stick and recall the stairlift. |
| Brake Fault | Their is a problem with the electro magnetic brake on the stairlift. Call Stairlift repair Engineer. |
| Relay Fault | Your stairlift is experiencing a relay fault on the main PCB. |
| Final Limit | Stairlift has travelled past its intended stop, please hand wind the lift back a few inches. Also the Key could be in the off position. |
